How do I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item for a different size, as long as it's returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that you're responsible for the return shipping and ensuring the item arrives back to us safely.

There may be an additional shipping and handling fee for sending out the exchanged item, depending on the applicable rate. All returned items must be in new condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original parts intact. Ideally, items should be returned in their original packaging. You're welcome to try items on for size, but they must not be used for workouts or training.

We recommend using a tracked or insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know your exchange has been processed. Please allow up to five business days for returns to processed. 

 

Cancellation and items no longer required

Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and may be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving the goods. Cancellations must be made by email (to eight-six-athletics@outlook.com), quoting your order number.

Please return the item/s to our returns department using the returns button. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods. In all instances, goods must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing, and preferably still in its original packaging. Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.

We are not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal tracking service or a service that insures you for the value of the package.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and processed your refund. Please be aware it can sometimes take up to five business days.
